Australian Lipid Society Formally Launched

Launch of the Australian Lipid Society

We are pleased to announce that the Australian Lipid Society is now formally launched as an incorporated, not-for-profit association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (Western Australia).

The Society’s constitution was adopted by special resolution of the founding members on 13 November 2025, and formal registration as an incorporated association was completed in February 2026.

The inaugural management committee comprises:

• Dr Luke Whiley - President
• Dr Corey Giles - Vice-President
• Dr Dana Hicks - Secretary
• Dr Monique Ryan - Treasurer
